Peran Orientasi Inovasi terhadap Kinerja UMKM yang Dimoderasi oleh Intensitas Persaingan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah Orientasi Inovasi (IO) memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang dimoderasi oleh Intensitas Persaingan (CI) di sektor makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 pelaku UMKM. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan melalui kuesioner online. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa IO memiliki dampak positif langsung terhadap kinerja UMKM, namun CI tidak memiliki dampak positif langsung dan tidak memoderasi kinerja UMKM. Temuan ini memberikan panduan yang dapat diterapkan bagi pemilik UMKM dan pembuat kebijakan bahwa mendorong inovasi melalui sistem dukungan internal dan responsivitas pasar dapat menghasilkan manfaat kinerja yang nyata, bahkan dalam lingkungan yang sangat kompetitif.
