Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh kepemimpinan digital terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan pada UMKM kreatif di wilayah Keresidenan Kedu, dengan fokus khusus pada kesiapan digital sebagai faktor mediasi. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital menimbulkan tantangan signifikan bagi UMKM, sehingga dibutuhkan kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan tenaga kerja. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 200 responden melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi dan uji Sobel untuk menilai hubungan antara kepemimpinan digital, kesiapan digital, dan keterlibatan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan digital, yang selanjutnya secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja karyawan. Namun, pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan digital terhadap keterlibatan ditemukan negatif apabila kesiapan digital di antara karyawan tidak memadai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kesiapan digital guna memaksimalkan manfaat dari kepemimpinan digital dalam mendorong keterlibatan karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemilik UMKM yang ingin meningkatkan adaptabilitas dan keterlibatan tenaga kerja di era digital.
