Pengaruh Adopsi Fintech dan Literasi Keuangan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan Kepercayaan Digital sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Bank Syariah

Studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh Adopsi Fintech dan Literasi Keuangan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan bank-bank Islam di Indonesia, dengan Kepercayaan Digital diperiksa sebagai variabel moderasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data dikumpulkan dari 150 responden manajerial di 14 bank umum Islam. Temuan tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa Adopsi Fintech secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi Kinerja Keuangan (p < 0,05), yang menyoroti pentingnya strategis transformasi digital di sektor perbankan. Namun, Literasi Keuangan tidak menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan, Kepercayaan Digital juga tidak secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan Adopsi Fintech–Kinerja atau Literasi Keuangan–Kinerja. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tingkat organisasi dan integrasi sistem mungkin memainkan peran yang lebih menentukan daripada kompetensi individu atau kepercayaan yang dirasakan dalam membentuk hasil kinerja. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperkuat kerangka Teknologi-Organisasi-Lingkungan (TOE) sambil menantang asumsi dari Modal Manusia dan Model Berbasis Kepercayaan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan prioritas pengembangan infrastruktur digital daripada pelatihan staf yang terpisah dalam perbankan Islam. Keterbatasannya meliputi desain lintas sektoral dan fokus kelembagaan, yang mendorong penelitian di masa mendatang untuk mengadopsi pendekatan multilevel dan longitudinal. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada wacana yang berkembang tentang keuangan digital dalam lembaga keuangan berbasis agama.
