Analisis Praktik Manajemen Rantai Pasokan pada UMKM Makanan dan Minuman di Purwokerto

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah manajemen rantai pasok berpengaruh secara praktis terhadap kinerja UMKM makanan dan minuman di Purwokerto. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 pelaku UMKM. Pengumpulan sampel menggunakan kuesioner online. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa SCMP tidak berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja UMKM, namun berpengaruh positif terhadap adaptasi digital. Adaptasi Digital tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM maupun memediasi hubungan antara SCMP dan kinerja UMKM. Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini adalah ruang lingkup penelitian ini terbatas pada UMKM makanan dan minuman di Purwokerto, yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan untuk menggeneralisasi temuan pada sektor atau wilayah lain dengan karakteristik yang berbeda. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur yang ada dengan menantang dugaan hubungan positif antara SCMP, Adaptasi Digital, dan kinerja UMKM. Secara praktis, temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa UMKM tidak boleh berasumsi bahwa dengan menerapkan SCMP dan mengadopsi teknologi digital secara otomatis akan meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menggunakan sampel yang lebih luas dan beragam di seluruh industri dan wilayah untuk meningkatkan generalisasi temuan.
