Abstrak

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Surya Wannas Cilacap pada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Surya Wannas Cilacap. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. hitung lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu 0,595 > 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. hitung lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu 0,727 > 0,05. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. hitung lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu 0,056 > 0,05. lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja mempunyai proporsi pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 39,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam model regresi linier.
