Abstrak

Studi kualitatif ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana pemberdayaan karyawan berinteraksi dengan strategi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan dan keberlanjutan bisnis di antara usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik dan karyawan UMKM mengungkapkan bahwa pemberdayaan mendorong kreativitas, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan keterlibatan emosional, yang pada gilirannya memperkuat komunikasi merek digital dan hubungan pelanggan. Karyawan yang diberdayakan bertindak sebagai perwakilan merek yang autentik, menerjemahkan nilai-nilai organisasi menjadi pengalaman pelanggan melalui interaksi digital yang dipersonalisasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi internal tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai katalis bagi inovasi dan praktik pemasaran yang etis. Lebih lanjut, studi ini menyoroti keselarasan strategis antara manajemen sumber daya manusia dan fungsi pemasaran, yang menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan menjembatani budaya kolaborasi internal dengan kepercayaan pelanggan eksternal. Secara teoritis, studi ini memperluas wacana pemberdayaan ke ranah pemasaran digital, dengan menekankan inovasi yang berpusat pada manusia sebagai fondasi bagi pertumbuhan merek yang berkelanjutan. Secara praktis, studi ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM mengintegrasikan kepemimpinan berbasis pemberdayaan dan pengembangan kapabilitas digital untuk mempertahankan keaslian dan daya saing dalam ekonomi digital.
