Abstrak

Pelatihan Komunikasi Efektif dan Etika Profesional bagi Petugas Administrasi Rumah Sakit bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi interpersonal dan profesional dalam mendukung mutu pelayanan administratif rumah sakit. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan terstruktur, meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan (need assessment), penyusunan modul pelatihan berbasis andragogi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan workshop, pendampingan pascapelatihan (mentoring), serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Metode evaluasi menggunakan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi dan pemahaman etika profesional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor peserta sebesar 45,2%, dengan 85% peserta mengalami peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi efektif dan 88% peserta menunjukkan pemahaman lebih baik terhadap etika profesional. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan efisiensi pelayanan administratif sebesar 20% dan peningkatan kepuasan pasien sebesar 15%. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kompetensi sumber daya manusia non-medis, menciptakan budaya kerja yang profesional dan beretika, serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit secara berkelanjutan.
