Peer Review Process
The peer review process at the Jurnal Pengabdian Aspirasi Masyarakat (Asmara) is carried out strictly and transparently to ensure the quality and relevance of the published articles. After the article is received by the editorial team, the article will go through an initial examination stage to ensure that it is in accordance with the focus and scope of the journal. If the article is deemed appropriate, it will proceed to the review process by two reviewers who have expertise in the relevant field.
The review process used is a double-blind peer review, where the identities of the authors and reviewers are kept confidential to maintain the objectivity of the assessment. Reviewers will evaluate articles based on several aspects, such as originality, contribution to the development of science and community service, clarity of methodology, and the validity and reliability of the results presented.
After the review stage is complete, the reviewer will provide a recommendation, which can be accepted without revision, accepted with minor revisions, accepted with major revisions, or rejected. The editorial team will then send the review results along with comments and suggestions for improvement to the author. Authors are required to make revisions according to the reviewer's suggestions within a specified time period before the article can be accepted for publication.
