EDUKASI HUKUM BISNIS DI ERA DIGITAL: MEMBANGUN KESADARAN LEGALITAS DAN KEPASTIAN HUKUM BAGI PELAKU USAHA

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi hukum bisnis di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong serta calon pengusaha muda agar mampu memahami dan menerapkan prinsip legalitas dalam praktik bisnis digital. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan experiential learning melalui kegiatan workshop, simulasi kontrak elektronik, dan studi kasus lokal yang relevan dengan konteks usaha di era digital. Peserta memperoleh pembelajaran interaktif mengenai aspek hukum bisnis, kontrak digital, serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan perlindungan data pribadi. Evaluasi efektivitas kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, disertai umpan balik peserta untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran hukum. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman hukum, dengan rata-rata skor post-test naik dari 58,6 menjadi 79,0. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman mampu meningkatkan literasi hukum dan membangun kesadaran regulatif yang berkelanjutan bagi generasi muda di tengah dinamika bisnis digital.
